This makes me happy. And yet sad... Doctor Who is becoming more and more like Coronation Street.... sooo far behind.

Speaking of Cory Street... OMG! Did you see that? !!!!!

So yeah. Final exams are here once again, and with them, fucked up schedules for next year. With all of my other classes, ie, Math(x2), English(x2), French, Bio+Chem+Physics, they can't fit in creative writing. There is now possible scheduling that will fit them all in.

But wait, there's more!

Creative Writing, due to the primarily solitary nature of wiritng, is the perfect class to take without taking. What I mean is this: I can take it without actually being there. I'll still do the work, get the mark, and get the credit. I will have taken the class. But I'll never be in the classroom. I have nine classes and a spare, and during that spare I will write, and confrence with the Creative Writing Teacher (who also has a spare, or something anyway) and the one other student with an identical class schedule. So it will actually be kind of cool. However, the spare and the class are in different semesters. So I'll write everything first (but through the rest of the year too) and then, a semester later, I'll do the Creative Writing 30 launch at the library, or the coffe place, or wherever.

So it's not too fucked up, and I have someone else they screwed over to keep me company. All things considered, this is actually a pretty good outcome.

Damn you Teru...

P.S. In art-related news, I recently discovered that I can, in fact, draw lizard-furries. I think the technical term is a 'scalie' but I don't care. It's the in eye, you see. The snout/nose loops into the eyebrow, not the side of the head. I suppose the same principal applies to anything with a snout. Even people, actually. Look at yourself 3/4 view in the mirror. Your nose loops into your eyebrow. Sweet, huh?

I love Somehweresville </sarcasm>

Right. So, the other day I was waiting for my people to pick me up from work. And I waited. And waited. And no one showed up. So I phoned home.

Me: Hi
Mother: Hi.
Me: Why am I still here?
Mother: Because no one loves you.
Me: Oh. Can someone come and pick me up?
Mother: Well your father was supposed to pick you up after he went grocery shopping, but apparently he forgot.
Me: Oh. So why don't you pick me up?
Mother: Because I had a beer or two a while ago.
Me: Oh. So should I walk home then?
Mother: Probably.
Me: Okay. Love you.
Mother: Love you too. Bye.
Me: Bye.
Me (to my co-workers): My mother forgot me and my father's been drinking!

And then we laughed. My father showed up like, two minutes later. And it was a good thing my mother didn't get me, because even though she only had a beer or two the previous hour or so, drinking and driving (of ANY amount) is a bad thing. Bad. So don't do it. Or Kira the Saviour will get you!

And this is how crazy I am:

So it's my Birthday today, and my subscription has run out. Thank-you Scykr for a nice year of cool stuff, etc.

Twas a good birthday today. I got a sushi set whose plates spell "sushi," an orange-flavoured milk, a lollipop, and like, a dozen hugs. And a billion posts on my facebook wall. I feel loved.

So I'm watching the Golden Compass, and it's pissing me off. I read the book first, and loved it to pieces. The movie pisses me off. A lot. I know that movies are never as good as books, but the movie reveals too much too quickly. Makes me angry. But alas...

So yeah. Happy birthday to me!
